A day in the winery
When the grapes selected at the vineyards arrive at the winery, they are placed in tanks where they will be kept for 6 to 12 days, depending on the type of wine to be made. They are allowed to ferment in these tanks and fermentation temperature is controlled at all times with the help of state-of-the-art technology.
Then, the marc is pressed and the wine is placed in another tank where malolactic fermentation begins. After this second fermentation, the young wine is ready to be bottled.
In the case of Crianza wines, the wine is put in oak barrels, where it is aged for 1 year. Two rackings are carried out during this year. The wine is then bottled and left to rest in our cellars for another 8 months before being put on the market.
